Receptionist/Spa Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Receptionist/Spa Assistant to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate bookings and confirmations.
  • Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, addressing questions about services, products, and promotions.
  • Assist practitioners flipping treatment rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Support spa staff with administrative tasks such as managing client records, scheduling follow-ups, and checking clients in and out.
  • Promote a positive environment by communicating effectively with team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Create a minimum of two flyers a week using canva for advertising purposes On social media.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging clients professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
