This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while fostering a fun and energetic environment.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and swiftly</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy</li><li>Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service throughout shifts</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or food service to coordinate orders</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to alcohol service laws</li><li>Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours in nightclubs or restaurant settings</li><li>Uphold food handling standards and ensure all beverages meet quality expectations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests</li><li>Experience in fine dining environments or upscale venues is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring drink ingredients</li><li>Previous experience in nightclub, banquet, or catering settings is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with brewing techniques or the food industry enhances your versatility as a bartender</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in hospitality settings</li></ul>Join us in creating lively atmospheres where every guest leaves with a smile!
