 to hire several
 
 Legal Administrative Assistants/Paralegals

 Essential Job Duties:
 
 
 
 &bull; Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
 
 
 &bull; Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain organized electronic client files, including uploading, naming, and managing documents, emails, and attachments.
 
 
 &bull; Assist with billing and invoicing processes, expense reporting, and time entry coordination.
 
 
 &bull; Initiate and process conflict checks, engagement letters, and new client onboarding materials.
 
 
 &bull; Track attorney expenses, receipts, and reimbursements in accordance with firm policies.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor attorney licensing, CLE requirements, and professional memberships.
 
 
 &bull; Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and internal stakeholders as needed.
 
 
 &bull; Provide backup support to other legal assistants during peak workloads or absences.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Practice Area Exposure May Include:
 
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Bankruptcy &amp; Creditor Remedies:
 
 Court filings, deadlines, creditor correspondence, and docket management.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Intellectual Property (Patent):
 
 USPTO filings, patent correspondence, and IP docketing support.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Litigation:
 
 Pleadings, discovery documents, trial preparation, and court filings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm or corporate legal setting is required.
 
 
 &bull; Prior experience in one or more of the listed practice areas is required.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with legal document management and intake processes, including conflicts and new matter setup is required.
 
 
 &bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. &bull; Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting workloads with professionalism.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology tools.
 
 
 &bull; Experience using iManage, Intapp, or similar legal support systems is a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
 
 
 
 &bull; Direct-hire opportunities with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid parental leave, 401(k), and paid time off.
 
 
 &bull; Full-time position located in downtown Minneapolis. Hybrid schedule available after training (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
 
 
 &bull; Compensation range:
 
 $48, 000 - $91, 000 annually
 
 , depending on experience and practice area alignment.
 
 
 &bull; Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
