You will help clients with personal care needs, offer companionship, and assist with everyday tasks to keep them safe and comfortable at home.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility)</li><li>Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, sweeping, tidying)</li><li>Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed</li><li>Provide medication reminders and track appointments</li><li>Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging activities</li><li>Communicate any changes in client condition promptly to supervisors</li><li>Follow customized care plans with professionalism and attentiveness</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 1 year prior experience providing personal care services</li><li>CPR Certification (Required)</li><li>TB Test (Required)</li><li>Clear Background Check (Required)</li><li>PCA Certification preferred (or significant caregiving experience)</li><li>Strong communication, reliability, and compassion</li><li>Reliable transportation; able to travel to Lilburn, GA 30047 and surrounding areas</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Part-time and Full-time available</li><li>Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts</li><li>Flexible scheduling options</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and shift)</li><li>Paid training and continuing education opportunities</li><li>Referral bonuses for bringing in qualified caregivers</li><li>Supportive, family-like work environment</li></ul>Apply today and become part of a team where every act of care is treated like a royal service!Please contact Kisha at 404-446-9995 or John at 404-446-9995 .
