Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality, in-home support services. You will help clients with personal care needs, offer companionship, and assist with everyday tasks to keep them safe and comfortable at home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility)
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, sweeping, tidying)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Provide medication reminders and track appointments
• Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging activities
• Communicate any changes in client condition promptly to supervisors
• Follow customized care plans with professionalism and attentiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year prior experience providing personal care services
• CPR Certification (Required)
• TB Test (Required)
• Clear Background Check (Required)
• PCA Certification preferred (or significant caregiving experience)
• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
• Reliable transportation; able to travel to Lilburn, GA 30047 and surrounding areas

Schedule:

• Part-time and Full-time available
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling options
