Job Overview We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee a multi business organization's daily operations, ensuring efficiency by managing staff, budgets, and administrative policies. They act as a crucial link between executive leadership and staff, handling facility management, human resources, and vendor contracts to support strategic goals.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise administrative teams across multiple buisness settings, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance regulations and other privacy standards while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with staff and management team to streamline workflows and improve customer relations and compliance</li><li>Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development within the administrative department.</li><li>Implement policies related to daily functions, utilization management.</li><li>Facilitate communication between departments to optimize experience and ensure staff and management best practices.</li><li>Monitor billing processes, and financial management time sheets and payroll.</li></ul>Required: Education<ul><li>Bachelors degree (4-year degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources; or</li><li>Associates Degree (2-year degree) + 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in working within or for an automotive company or automotive repair industry. - Required</li><li>At least 2 years of HR experience</li><li>Cash handling experience - Required</li><li>Customer service experience - Required</li><li>Ability to use Apple computers and Apple software systems proficiently, i.e. Numbers. - Required</li><li>Ability to use Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides proficiently. - Required</li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Discounted services through The Rust Doctor, TRD Window Tint &amp; Films, and TRD Wrench Worx.</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>FAMLI Leave</li><li>Minor medical benefits</li><li>Potential raises and bonuses.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Compensation: <ul><li>Starting pay between $30.00 to $38.00 per hour</li><li>40 hours a week</li><li>Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm</li><li>Flexible scheduling available</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Bilingual (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid (mostly in-person)Pay: $57,889.03 - $69,715.82 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources?</li><li>Do you have an Associates degree + 2 years of related experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources?</li><li>Do you have at least 2 years of experience within the automotive industry in any position?</li><li>Do you understand that this position requires a background check, and if you have been convicted of any misdemeanor relating to finances, theft, fraud, or sex crimes, you will be disqualified?</li><li>Do you understand that this position requires a background check, and if you have been convicted of ANY felony level charge, you will be disqualified?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Bilingual (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
