Business Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee a multi business organization's daily operations, ensuring efficiency by managing staff, budgets, and administrative policies. They act as a crucial link between executive leadership and staff, handling facility management, human resources, and vendor contracts to support strategic goals.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise administrative teams across multiple buisness settings, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance regulations and other privacy standards while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking.
  • Coordinate with staff and management team to streamline workflows and improve customer relations and compliance
  • Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development within the administrative department.
  • Implement policies related to daily functions, utilization management.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to optimize experience and ensure staff and management best practices.
  • Monitor billing processes, and financial management time sheets and payroll.

Required:

Education

  • Bachelors degree (4-year degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources; or
  • Associates Degree (2-year degree) + 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in working within or for an automotive company or automotive repair industry. - Required
  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Cash handling experience - Required
  • Customer service experience - Required
  • Ability to use Apple computers and Apple software systems proficiently, i.e. Numbers. - Required
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides proficiently. - Required

Pay & Compensation:

  • Starting pay between $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Flexible scheduling available

Language:

  • Bilingual (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid (mostly in-person)

Pay: $57,889.03 - $69,715.82 per year
