We create long-form journalism, podcasts, art and music events, collaborations with global and regional brands, and experiences that blend media, culture, and performance.Now we&rsquo;re expanding &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a key person who can help shape the next chapter of The Sandy Times as both a business and a brand.Role Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a Brand Partnerships Director based in the UAE &mdash; someone who can do more than sell. Someone who understands how to connect creative storytelling with commercial strategy, how to build long-term brand partnerships, and how to turn relationships into real results.This is a combined role that blends business development, brand management, and partnership sales.You&rsquo;ll work directly with the founders and editorial team to bring in strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and event partners across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, tech, and culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and grow strategic partnerships with brands that align with The Sandy Times ethos.</li><li>Lead end-to-end sales: identify prospects, pitch concepts, close deals, and manage client relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to shape partnership ideas, branded content formats, and event integrations.</li><li>Curate and expand guest lists and partner ecosystems for The Sandy Times events and festivals.</li><li>Develop business plans and new revenue models across our media, radio, and live platforms.</li><li>Represent The Sandy Times in key industry networks, events, and brand communities.</li></ul>You Are:<ul><li>A relationship-builder with an active network in Dubai&rsquo;s creative, lifestyle, and luxury scene.</li><li>Confident in business development &mdash; from first contact to signed contract.</li><li>Experienced in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or creative agency work (5+ years preferred).</li><li>Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent &mdash; you get things done and you do them beautifully.</li><li>Fluent in culture: you know what&rsquo;s relevant, who&rsquo;s shaping trends, and how to connect them.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hybrid media environment where ideas turn into projects quickly.</li></ul>Why Join The Sandy Times:<ul><li>A chance to shape one of the region&rsquo;s most exciting new media brands.</li><li>Access to Dubai&rsquo;s top cultural and lifestyle ecosystem &mdash; events, collaborations, creative partnerships.</li><li>Creative freedom, autonomy, and the ability to make a visible impact.</li><li>A competitive base salary plus commission on closed deals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Dubai (Dubai) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
