Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant, toddler and Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curricula, fostering social and emotional development, and supporting early learning milestones. Candidates should have a strong background in childhood development and classroom management, with a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive space for all students.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with preschool standards and curriculum goals, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods</li><li>Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction</li><li>Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to schedules</li><li>Assess individual student progress through observations and standardized testing; adjust teaching strategies accordingly</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s emotional well-being by applying behavior management techniques and fostering positive relationships</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address individual needs</li><li>Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques when necessary</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and lesson plans</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, child welfare policies, and licensing requirements</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including toddler care and early intervention strategies</li><li>Experience with curriculum development across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods</li><li>Proven classroom management skills to create an organized and nurturing learning environment</li><li>Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and children</li><li>Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; private school experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for early learners</li><li>Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children</li><li>Ability to incorporate inclusive practices supporting child welfare and special needs students</li><li>Passion for early childhood education with a focus on fostering curiosity, independence, and social skills</li></ul>This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives by providing quality early childhood education in a supportive environment.
