Your Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
Customer Experience &amp; Sales</p>
<ul>
<li>Prioritize interactions and communication with customers. Provide community and amenity tours.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management team.</li>
<li>Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.</li>
<li>Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.</li>
<li>Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.</li>
</ul>
<p>Property Administration</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge.</li>
<li>Log, file and retrieve customer packages.</li>
<li>Assist with general housekeeping involved with opening, closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities.</li>
<li>Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid in timely resolutions.</li>
<li>Maintain office organization and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Assist with after-hours lock out duties as required.</li>
</ul>

The BI Analyst executes complex data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to define requirements, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.</p>

Your Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Independently gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources</li>
<li>Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in Excel, Looker, and other BI tools</li>
<li>Perform advanced trend analysis and statistical evaluation to identify business drivers</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and analytical frameworks</li>

Qualifications</b></p>

<li>Strong SQL proficiency</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building dashboards required (Looker preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint and ClickUp preferred</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight</li>

<p>
Staff Development and Leadership</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide leadership and coaching for staff performance and foster a positive and productive team environment.</li>

<li>Deliver legal and resident notices and files evictions in compliance with current policy and local ordinances.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and leading the team in executing successful annual Turnover processes.</li>
<li>Manage all resident accounts and utility billing, coordinate accounts receivables, and maintain regular auditing and documenting.</li>
<li>Ensures move-in, room assignments, transfer and move-out processes are executed efficiently and successfully.</li>
</ul>
<p>Facilities &amp; Capital</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for safe and sanitary community experience for employees, residents and guests including property appearance, operationally sound facilities, preventative maintenance and great service.</li>
<li>Responsible for property curb appeal and overall appearance of building exterior, common areas, amenities, and apartments.</li>
<li>Assist with conducting inspections and walk vacant apartments/bed spaces monthly.</li>
<li>Regularly inspect grounds, interior and resident amenities / general common areas to ensure that the facilities comply with all codes and company standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate work order requests with appropriate staff or vendors.</li>
</ul>
<p>Financial Performance</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the preparation of Month End reports, reconcile, and balance all accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Enforce and comply with all Scion late fees, Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fees and collection policies, keeping delinquency below 2% by month end.</li>
<li>Post and collect damage charges from quarterly inspections.</li>
<li>Assess damage at move-out to calculate required charges and prepare final billing or processes refunds.</li>
</ul>
<p>Customer Experience &amp; Sales</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage all customer sales interactions, both personally and through directing team members in alignment with company standards.</li>
<li>Perform weekly market surveys.</li>
<li>Manage the successful execution of customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Manage promotional material and property incentives meeting marketing and concession budget.</li>
<li>Provide expert direction on sales and revenue goals and lead the team to achieve them. Utilize KPIs to report on trends, insights and proactively address issues.</li>
<li>Identify and recommend local marketing opportunities, appropriate marketing messages and material to drive traffic to the property.
