Ser Alsaada is a Cafe based in Alkhalidia, Sharjah known for its exceptional coffee and desserts, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks.</li><li>Create intricate and appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.</li><li>Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer service.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>A strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Visa</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>Join us at Ser Al Saada and be a part of our family!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>We need immediate joiner; can you join immediately? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Barista: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
