Senior Barista

Ser Alsaada is a Cafe based in Alkhalidia, Sharjah known for its exceptional coffee and desserts, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks.
• Create intricate and appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
