We are looking for a proactive leader who doesn’t just wait for instructions, but takes full ownership of the shop floor and the coffee bar.The Role: The Proactive Floor LeadAs our Supervisor / Head Barista, you are the engine of the front-of-house. You are a specialty coffee expert, but your real strength is your ability to manage the business. You will be the bridge between the kitchen and the floor, ensuring our data is accurate, our suppliers are on point, and our shop is perfectly maintained.Key Responsibilities
- Coffee Program & Seasonal Innovation: Take full ownership of the daily "Dial-in" process to ensure extraction parameters, grinder calibration, and sensory profiles meet our standards. You will lead the development of seasonal specialty drinks and signature beverages—creating recipe cards, calculating cost-per-cup in Excel, and training the team on new launches.
- Team Mentorship & Quality Control: Conduct regular training and audits for the Senior Barista and FOH team on milk texture, pouring standards, and workflow efficiency. You ensure that coffee quality never slips, even during the busiest food rushes.
- Culture & Standards Leadership: You are the "Energy Lead" for the floor. You bring a high-positivity, high-energy presence to every shift, but you are strict when it comes to standards. You hold the staff accountable for punctuality, grooming, and following SOPs without compromise.
- Wastage Control & Analysis: Take full ownership of the Wastage File. You will record and analyze daily wastage for both FOH and BOH, identifying trends (e.g., milk waste or over-prepped food) and working with the restaurant manager to implement solutions that protect our margins.
- Proactive Supplier & Invoice Control: Take full ownership of the invoice cycle. You don’t just receive orders; you audit prices, scan invoices, and proactively chase suppliers for any missing credits or pending deliveries.
- Total Shop Coordination (Excel): Work closely with the BOH team to collect and consolidate inventory data. You will maintain the master Excel tracker for both FOH and BOH, providing the restaurant manager with a 360-degree view of shop wastage and stock levels.
- Facility Ownership & Maintenance: Be the "eyes of the shop." You will proactively manage maintenance schedules and be the main point of contact for external contractors to ensure the venue stays in top condition.
- Team Supervision: Lead the FOH team during service, maintaining "One Team" harmony and ensuring every guest leaves as a fan of the brand.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Barista / Supervisor in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience in inventory tracking and supplier management.
- A passion for Korean culture and a high standard for specialty coffee.
