This short-term role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing HR documents</li><li>Help maintain employee files and HR records</li><li>Support basic data entry and checklist tracking</li><li>Assist with scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed</li><li>Maintain confidentiality with all employee and HR information</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior administrative or office experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Comfortable working with confidential information</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently</li></ul>Work ScheduleThis temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 2 weeks.
