Job Summary

We are seeking a temporary part-time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with basic administrative and clerical tasks. This short-term role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing HR documents
  • Help maintain employee files and HR records
  • Support basic data entry and checklist tracking
  • Assist with scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality with all employee and HR information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently

Work Schedule

This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 2 weeks. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4 hours per day, for approximately 16 hours per week.

Compensation

This position pays $22 per hour.
