Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Abu DhabiWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead all aspects of our marketing: branding, local awareness, digital presence, partnerships, pricing input, and customer growth.Role SummaryThe Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a complete marketing strategy for The Sensory Play Town, from brand building and market reach to campaign planning, pricing recommendations, and performance tracking. This is an all-around role suitable for someone who is both strategic and very practical.Key Responsibilities1. Branding &amp; Positioning<ul><li>Maintain and grow a strong brand identity for The Sensory Play Town across all channels.</li><li>Ensure all visuals and messages reflect our concept: sensory play, wooden mini town, education + fun.</li><li>Develop brand guidelines for internal staff and external partners.</li></ul>2. Local Market Reach &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Build awareness in the local community, especially among parents, nurseries, and schools.</li><li>Manage our Google Business profile, local listings, and basic SEO for &ldquo;indoor play,&rdquo; &ldquo;sensory play,&rdquo; etc.</li><li>Coordinate with the mall marketing team for joint campaigns, events, and mall-wide promotions.</li></ul>3. Social Media &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and WhatsApp/others as needed).</li><li>Create or coordinate engaging content: photos, reels, stories, educational tips, promotions.</li><li>Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries; build an active parent community online.</li></ul>4. Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising<ul><li>Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and, if needed, Google Ads.</li><li>Set clear objectives (awareness, leads, bookings, memberships) and track performance.</li><li>Optimize campaigns based on data: cost per lead, bookings, engagement, etc.</li></ul>5. Partnerships &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Develop partnerships with nurseries, schools, learning centers, pediatric clinics, caf&eacute;s, and parenting groups.</li><li>Promote field trips, after-school programs, group packages, and birthday party offerings.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers / mommy bloggers to feature The Sensory Play Town.</li></ul>6. Planning, Pricing &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Work with management to plan:</li><li>Opening campaigns, seasonal themes, school holiday programs</li><li>Memberships, play passes, workshop schedules, birthday packages</li><li>Provide market-based input on pricing (benchmarking competitors, analyzing customer response).</li><li>Design and implement promotions and bundles to drive visits during peak and off-peak times.</li></ul>7. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track key metrics: inquiries, bookings, footfall, repeat visits, campaign ROI, social media growth.</li><li>Prepare simple monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collect customer feedback and use it to refine services, pricing, and marketing messages.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (experience in kids, education, retail, leisure, F&amp;B, or mall concepts is a plus).</li><li>Strong experience with social media management and paid advertising (Meta Ads required; Google Ads a plus).</li><li>Comfortable working with numbers: basic analytics, budgeting, and ROI calculations.</li><li>Experience in local marketing (events, partnerships, community outreach).</li><li>Good understanding of branding and customer experience, especially for families and children.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Creative and organized.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease email your CV and a brief cover letter (including examples of campaigns or pages you have managed) to thesensoryroom.hr@gmail.com with the subject line:&ldquo;Application &ndash; Marketing SpecialistOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
