Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead all aspects of our marketing: branding, local awareness, digital presence, partnerships, pricing input, and customer growth.

Role Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a complete marketing strategy for The Sensory Play Town, from brand building and market reach to campaign planning, pricing recommendations, and performance tracking. This is an all-around role suitable for someone who is both strategic and very practical.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branding & Positioning

  • Maintain and grow a strong brand identity for The Sensory Play Town across all channels.
  • Ensure all visuals and messages reflect our concept: sensory play, wooden mini town, education + fun.
  • Develop brand guidelines for internal staff and external partners.

2. Local Market Reach & Awareness

  • Build awareness in the local community, especially among parents, nurseries, and schools.
  • Manage our Google Business profile, local listings, and basic SEO for “indoor play,” “sensory play,” etc.
  • Coordinate with the mall marketing team for joint campaigns, events, and mall-wide promotions.

3. Social Media & Content Management

  • Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and WhatsApp/others as needed).
  • Create or coordinate engaging content: photos, reels, stories, educational tips, promotions.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries; build an active parent community online.

4. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and, if needed, Google Ads.
  • Set clear objectives (awareness, leads, bookings, memberships) and track performance.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data: cost per lead, bookings, engagement, etc.

5. Partnerships & Outreach

  • Develop partnerships with nurseries, schools, learning centers, pediatric clinics, cafés, and parenting groups.
  • Promote field trips, after-school programs, group packages, and birthday party offerings.
  • Coordinate with influencers / mommy bloggers to feature The Sensory Play Town.

6. Planning, Pricing & Promotions

  • Work with management to plan:
  • Opening campaigns, seasonal themes, school holiday programs
  • Memberships, play passes, workshop schedules, birthday packages
  • Provide market-based input on pricing (benchmarking competitors, analyzing customer response).
  • Design and implement promotions and bundles to drive visits during peak and off-peak times.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics: inquiries, bookings, footfall, repeat visits, campaign ROI, social media growth.
  • Prepare simple monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback and use it to refine services, pricing, and marketing messages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management (experience in kids, education, retail, leisure, F&B, or mall concepts is a plus).
  • Strong experience with social media management and paid advertising (Meta Ads required; Google Ads a plus).
  • Comfortable working with numbers: basic analytics, budgeting, and ROI calculations.
  • Experience in local marketing (events, partnerships, community outreach).
  • Good understanding of branding and customer experience, especially for families and children.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Creative and organized.
