Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Executive for Smart Motor, you will be responsible for our entire digital ecosystem. Your primary focus will be high-intent lead generation through Google Ads, maintaining a high-performance Website, and building brand authority through Social Media. You will ensure that Smart Motor is the top-of-mind choice for car owners in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & PPC Management (The Lead Engine)

  • Search Campaigns: Build and manage Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords (e.g., "Transmission repair Abu Dhabi", "Oil change Musaffah").
  • Location-Based Targeting: Optimize campaigns specifically for the Abu Dhabi region and Musaffah industrial areas to minimize wasted spend.
  • Performance Tracking: Set up and monitor Conversion Tracking to measure how many clicks turn into phone calls or WhatsApp bookings.
  • A/B Testing: Constantly test different ad copies and extensions (Call Extensions, Location Extensions) to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor bidding strategies in the local automotive market.

2. Website Management & SEO

  • Landing Page Optimization: Ensure that Google Ads traffic lands on fast, relevant, and mobile-responsive pages.
  • Technical SEO: Improve site speed and structure to ensure high "Quality Scores" on Google Ads, which lowers our cost-per-click.
  • Content Updates: Keep the website fresh with the latest service prices, blog posts on car maintenance, and "Smart Motor" news.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Creative Assets: Produce engaging videos and images of luxury and economy cars being serviced to use in both organic posts and Social Ads (Meta/TikTok).
  • Community Management: Engage with the Abu Dhabi car community online to build trust and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in WordPress (CMS) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Local Market Insight: Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi automotive landscape (which car brands are popular, seasonal repair needs).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data (CPC, ROAS, CPA) into actionable business insights for the management team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL): Reducing the cost to acquire a new customer booking via Google Ads.
  • Search Top Impression Share: Ensuring our ads appear at the top for critical repair keywords.
  • Website Conversion Rate: Percentage of site visitors who contact the workshop.
