Job Position- Digital Adoption Lead (CRM Technical Trainer)

Role Summary:

Deliver structured technical training at foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels to ensure teams are fully proficient in our CRM systems and related digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for digital tools.
• Deliver role-based and advanced system training.
• Facilitate training for upgrades, enhancements, and new tools.
• Enable power users and system champions within business units.
• Deliver assessments, certifications, and post-training proficiency evaluations.
• Track attendance, engagement, and readiness metrics.
• Provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years delivering technical or system training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex systems in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools and related business tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
