Job Purpose

Talent One, a 100% owned recruitment and staffing arm of PureHealth Group, is looking for a young, energetic, and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The role is focused on new business acquisition, building a strong sales pipeline, and generating revenue through staffing and recruitment solutions across multiple industries in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for new logos and business opportunities across various industries
• Make a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
• Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs
• Pitch Talent One’s recruitment, staffing,and contract hiring solutions
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Convert leads into active clients and drive revenue generation
• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and closures in CRM or tracking tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client hiring patterns

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience in a recruitment or staffing agency in the UAE (mandatory)
• Experience selling permanent, contract or outsourced staffing solutions

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hunting mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in cold calling and meeting senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
