Business Development Executive – Electrical

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience in business development and client acquisition across multiple sectors. The candidate should have strong technical understanding in electrical systems and the ability to develop new business, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors including oil & gas, construction, infrastructure, utilities, and industrial projects.
• Promote electrical products, services, and maintenance solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams during proposal development and project execution.
• Support tendering activities including pre-qualification, inquiries, proposals, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, and submitted proposals to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support strategic growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or technical sales (multi-sector exposure preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with solid technical understanding
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
