BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CONSUMER DIVISION - ABU DHABI

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in the consumer division
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets

Market Development

  • Expand market share across pharmacies, retail chains, distributors, and key accounts
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Launch and manage new consumer products in coordination with marketing and operations teams

Sales & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and promotional plans
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet targets

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams
  • Support and guide sales teams to achieve revenue and coverage objectives
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all activities comply with UAE regulations and company policies
  • Prepare regular management reports on sales performance, market expansion, and KPIs
