Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with proven experience in MEP contracting, Civil construction, and Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out projects
  • Generate leads through market research, site visits, networking, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi & UAE
  • Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE business practices

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of relevant sales/business development experience in:
  • MEP Contracting
  • Civil Construction
  • Interior Fit-Out
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi & UAE construction market
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)

Preferred Skills:

  • Established network with consultants, developers, and main contractors
  • Experience in government, commercial, residential, and industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract terms
