Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with proven experience in MEP contracting, Civil construction, and Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out projects
- Generate leads through market research, site visits, networking, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve sales targets
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi & UAE
- Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE business practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant sales/business development experience in:
- MEP Contracting
- Civil Construction
- Interior Fit-Out
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi & UAE construction market
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)

- Established network with consultants, developers, and main contractors
- Experience in government, commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract terms
