Salary Package

• Starting from AED 10,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow homecare services
• Identify and onboard new clients, corporate accounts, and referral partners
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and insurance providers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and service expansion
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure service delivery
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and site visits

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Homecare / Home Healthcare business development
• Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
