Job Summary
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking an experienced and high-performing Loyalty & Partnerships Executive Coordinator to manage strategic vendor partnerships and support the growth of our Loyalty Program. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver premium client experiences and maintain PSI’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new loyalty partners, including negotiation of agreements, commission structures, terms, and conditions
- Manage and maintain relationships with strategic and premium vendors
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing team on content creation, campaign planning, website enhancements, and loyalty initiatives
- Support the development of promotional materials and digital collaterals for client engagement through Sales teams
- Oversee client interactions and ensure service delivery aligns with PSI’s service-level standards
- Coordinate internally with Business Development, Marketing, Design, Finance, and CRM teams for seamless execution
- Receive projects from Sales teams and assign furnishing and design projects to Interior Designers
- Conduct loyalty program presentations and pitch sessions for Sales and Resale teams to drive engagement and referrals
- Gather feedback from Design teams to identify and onboard new loyalty suppliers
- Maintain regular communication with existing vendors, manage renewals, and conduct performance evaluations
- Develop new partnership ideas and initiatives to enhance the value and reach of the Loyalty Program
- Conduct partner showroom visits and perform quality checks on product offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in loyalty programs, partnerships, vendor management, or executive coordination
- Fluency in communication skills (Multilinguistic)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, luxury, and performance-driven environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
