Business Development Associate (Fluent in Tagalog)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Associate to support client engagement and project-based research. This role involves communicating with clients over the phone and conducting in-depth research to support assigned business development initiatives. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with solid research and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients professionally via phone to discuss project requirements and updates
• Conduct research related to assigned projects, markets, or business opportunities
• Analyze data and summarize findings into clear reports or presentations
• Support business development strategies through insights and research outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field such as Mathematics, Science, or English
• Cum Laude / Dean’s Lister distinction is an advantage
• Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
