Job Summary

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for an experienced Loyalty Programme & Vendor Relations Coordinator to manage strategic partnerships and support the growth of our Loyalty Program. This role works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver premium client experiences and maintain PSI’s service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage loyalty partners, including negotiation of agreements and commission structures.
• Maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and oversee renewals and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Design, Finance, and CRM teams for smooth execution of loyalty initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content for loyalty programs.
• Conduct loyalty program presentations for Sales and Resale teams.
• Assign furnishing and design-related projects to Interior Designers as received from Sales teams.
• Visit partner showrooms and conduct quality checks on products and services.
• Develop new partnership ideas to enhance the value of the Loyalty Program.

Requirements

• Experience in loyalty programs, vendor relations, partnerships, or similar coordination roles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Multilingual communication skills preferred.
• Experience working with CRM systems and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
