MEP & Fit-Out Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our (MEP) and interior fit-out business. You will identify new projects, build client relationships, and secure contracts across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research.

Develop proposals and bids for MEP and fit-out projects in collaboration with technical teams.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of proven sales experience in MEP, Fit out, or construction in the UAE. Mandatory

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and interior fit-out processes.

Existing network of industry contacts preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Driving License is Mandatory
