Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Hiring: Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in interior fit-out & turnkey projects
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers & corporate clients
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Prepare proposals, quotations & presentations
• Coordinate with estimation, design & project teams
• Track leads using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends & competitor activity
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3–6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out business development
• Strong consultant & client network in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven with proven closing ability
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 10,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
• Commission / incentives as per company policy
• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
