We’re Hiring | Sales Executive | UAE

Safeway Interior Designs is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy lead generation, client engagement, and closing interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate 10+ qualified leads per week through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings per week
  • Present company profile and capabilities to prospective clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, BOQs, and proposals
  • Coordinate with Estimation and Design teams to ensure accurate submissions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Convert enquiries into signed projects (15–25% target conversion)
  • Support tender submissions and pre-qualification documentation
  • Track and report sales pipeline, hot leads, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (fit-out / construction / B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups
  • UAE market exposure is an advantage
  • UAE Driving License is an add - on
