Open Home Properties is expanding its marketing team, and we’re looking for a data-driven, performance-focused Media Buyer & Google Ads Specialist with strong SEO expertise to elevate our digital presence and drive high-quality leads for our real estate portfolio.

Role Overview

You will lead our paid media and search growth strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels (TikTok, Snapchat), while supporting SEO initiatives that strengthen long-term organic lead generation.

Your mission is simple:
Generate qualified leads, reduce CPL, and maximize ROI for property listings and new project launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, with a strong focus on real estate lead generation and CPL reduction.
• Manage Meta Ads with advanced audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing to maximize qualified inquiries.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including broadcast flows, automated responses, and funnel integration to improve conversion rates.
• Utilize and maintain the company’s CRM system to track leads, monitor performance, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate attribution across channels.
• Build and optimize international lead-generation funnels using platforms such as Telegram, Reddit, and other niche channels relevant to global property investors.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience profiling to support both paid and organic strategies.
• Implement SEO best practices, including:

– On-page optimization (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, content structure)
– SEO-driven content recommendations for property and landing pages
– Technical SEO audits (indexing, site speed, mobile performance, crawl issues)
– Performance tracking using Search Console, GA4, and keyword monitoring tools

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and SEO content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze trends, and produce clear, actionable performance reports.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, SEO algorithm changes, and UAE real estate advertising regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Test new channels, tools, and growth strategies to improve lead quality and support upcoming project launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Google Ads Specialist (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and organic growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and optimization skills.
• Based in the UAE.
