E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

YYDS Blue Tech & Gaming is seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will manage our e-commerce platforms, optimize online sales, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Content Creation: Create and optimize product descriptions, images, and other content to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor website performance, track KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, and sales), and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to implement strategies that align with business goals.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for mobile and desktop users.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with gaming and tech products is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in managing online content and campaigns.
