Location: Bangalore &ndash; Corporate Office Brands: The Serai Resorts (Chikmagalur | Kabini | Bandipur) &amp; Barefoot Resort (Havelock Island)Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team at The Serai &amp; Barefoot Resorts. The role involves handling corporate and leisure sales across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad markets, focusing on generating revenue through direct clients, corporate groups, and repeat business.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE partners.</li><li>Handle corporate and group bookings for The Serai &amp; Barefoot Resorts.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote resort offerings.</li><li>Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.</li><li>Represent the brand in roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.</li><li>Maintain updated client databases, sales reports, and performance trackers.</li><li>Ensure brand integrity and consistent communication as per company standards.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales (preferably in resorts, hotels, or leisure segment).</li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
