Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team at The Serai & Barefoot Resorts. The role involves handling corporate and leisure sales across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad markets, focusing on generating revenue through direct clients, corporate groups, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE partners.
  • Handle corporate and group bookings for The Serai & Barefoot Resorts.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote resort offerings.
  • Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand in roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
  • Maintain updated client databases, sales reports, and performance trackers.
  • Ensure brand integrity and consistent communication as per company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in resorts, hotels, or leisure segment).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
