This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about guiding clients through the legal process.Case Management<ul><li>Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation transfer.</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation within the firm&rsquo;s case management system.</li><li>Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Identify treatment gaps and proactively assist clients in coordinating appropriate medical care.</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.</li><li>Provide regular case updates and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Educate clients on the personal injury claims process.</li></ul>Medical Records &amp; Treatment Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate medical treatment under Letters of Protection (LOPs).</li><li>Request, review, and organize medical records and billing.</li><li>Track medical treatment status and identify outstanding documentation.</li></ul>Insurance &amp; Claim Management<ul><li>Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status.</li><li>Assist in compiling documentation for settlement demand packages.</li><li>Verify insurance coverage and claim details.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Legal Support<ul><li>Draft correspondence and assist with case documentation.</li><li>Maintain organized digital case files.</li><li>Assist attorneys and legal staff with case preparation as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years experience in personal injury case management (pre-litigation preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury claims process.</li><li>Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases and insurance claims.</li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage 50&ndash;100+ active cases depending on complexity.</li><li>Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., CasePeer)</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.</li></ul>Why Join Our Team?<ul><li>Work with a growing, high-impact Houston personal injury firm</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to cases that truly change clients&rsquo; lives</li><li>Participate in community initiatives and events through our Houston Texans partnership</li><li>Collaborative culture focused on growth, performance, and client care</li></ul>If you are passionate about helping injured clients and want to grow your career with a dynamic Houston law firm, we encourage you to apply.Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
