Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about guiding clients through the legal process.

Case Management

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation transfer.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation within the firm’s case management system.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify treatment gaps and proactively assist clients in coordinating appropriate medical care.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Provide regular case updates and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate clients on the personal injury claims process.

Medical Records & Treatment Coordination

  • Coordinate medical treatment under Letters of Protection (LOPs).
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing.
  • Track medical treatment status and identify outstanding documentation.

Insurance & Claim Management

  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status.
  • Assist in compiling documentation for settlement demand packages.
  • Verify insurance coverage and claim details.

Administrative & Legal Support

  • Draft correspondence and assist with case documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital case files.
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with case preparation as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in personal injury case management (pre-litigation preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury claims process.
  • Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage 50–100+ active cases depending on complexity.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., CasePeer)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
