Job Description

Soluna Care Network is expanding across Texas and seeking entrepreneurial Senior Care Advisors to lead local territories.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals in healthcare, senior living, home health, hospice, social work, or related fields who want flexibility and the ability to build a meaningful local business helping families navigate senior care decisions.

Soluna Care Network helps families:

  • Understand senior care options
  • Find assisted living and memory care communities
  • Coordinate care and support resources
  • Access nurse-led wellness support when needed

As a Territory Partner, you will build relationships with senior living communities, meet with families, and guide them through the placement process.

Compensation

Commission-based opportunity

  • 60% of placement referral fees
  • Typical placement commissions range from $3,000–$6,000 per move-in

Territory Partners operate independently and have the opportunity to build significant income while helping families during important life transitions.

Territory Partner Setup

Soluna provides new advisors with the tools needed to launch their territory.

Startup investment: $595

This includes:

  • advisor onboarding and training
  • Soluna Senior Care Advisor certification program
  • marketing starter kit
  • business cards and materials
  • advisor profile on the Soluna website
  • territory support and mentorship

The startup investment is fully refunded after your first successful placement.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with assisted living and memory care communities
  • Visit senior living communities regularly
  • Meet with families to understand care needs
  • Guide families through senior living options
  • Coordinate tours and introductions with communities
  • Maintain strong professional relationships in your territory
