Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in international, Lebanese, with a special focus on breakfast offerings such as gourmet sandwiches, toasts, and light bites. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, food quality, and staff supervision.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, develop, and execute a diverse menu featuring Lebanese, international cuisines.</li><li>Design and prepare high-quality breakfast items including artisanal sandwiches, gourmet toasts, and healthy options.</li><li>Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.</li><li>Monitor kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly maintained in the kitchen.</li><li>Stay updated with food trends and continuously innovate to enhance the dining experience.</li><li>Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, promotional dishes, and customer preferences.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or head chef role.</li><li>Proven expertise in Lebanese cuisine; experience in international is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of breakfast trends, modern plating, and flavor combinations.</li><li>Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Creative and passionate about food and presentation.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in opening new restaurants or caf&eacute; concepts is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.</li></ul>Benefits:Free Accommodation, Free Meal, Free TransportationJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages. As a barista, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for delivering a great coffee experience to every guest, ensuring product quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to company standards.</li><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including equipment and service areas.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels; restock supplies as needed.</li><li>Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card transactions.</li><li>Follow health and safety regulations related to food preparation and hygiene.</li><li>Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.</li><li>Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1-4 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in latte art and specialty coffee.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.</li><li>Previous work experience in the UAE or GCC region.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>(AED 1,400 &ndash; 1,600/month depending on experience).</li><li>Staff meals</li><li>Free Accommodation</li><li>Free transportation</li><li>Paid overtime</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
