Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
- Review CVs, shortlist candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated database and talent pool of qualified candidates.
- Prepare interview schedules, candidate assessments, job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
- Conduct and coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Support visa, work permit, labour contract, and other employment-related processes in coordination with the relevant departments/PRO.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related information.
- Assist employees and management with HR policies, procedures, and general HR queries.
- Support employee relations and help address workplace concerns professionally.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR reports, and recruitment KPIs for management.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable UAE labour regulations and company policies.
- Assist with performance management, training, and other HR initiatives as required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Good understanding of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in Abu Dhabi.
