The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.</li><li>Assist in catering events as required, providing beverage service to guests.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.</li><li>Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of wine and specialty cocktails is a requirement</li><li>Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.</li><li>Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li><li>+21 of age and above</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
