Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in catering events as required, providing beverage service to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine and specialty cocktails is a requirement
• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• +21 of age and above

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
