We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with senior leadership across a growing group of healthcare companies focused on behavioral health services.This role supports the COO and CEO in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring projects across multiple organizations stay organized and on track.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This position provides direct exposure to executive decision-making, healthcare operations, and company growth initiatives.This role is in-person in Pompano Beach and requires someone who is highly reliable, organized, and comfortable working closely with leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support<ul><li>Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination</li><li>Organize travel logistics and executive itineraries</li><li>Assist with prioritizing tasks and managing daily workflows</li><li>Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items</li></ul>Operational Coordination<ul><li>Support operational initiatives across behavioral health programs</li><li>Coordinate with clinical leadership, billing teams, and administrative departments</li><li>Track project timelines and ensure operational priorities are executed</li><li>Help organize internal documentation, processes, and operational systems</li></ul>Strategic Projects<ul><li>Assist leadership with research, planning, and implementation of new initiatives</li><li>Prepare internal reports, presentations, and operational dashboards</li><li>Conduct research related to healthcare operations, insurance reimbursement, and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Communication &amp; Accountability<ul><li>Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams</li><li>Coordinate communication with external vendors, consultants, and partners</li><li>Ensure follow-up on key operational tasks and leadership directives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail</li><li>High level of professionalism and confidentiality</li></ul>Strong proficiency in:<ul><li>Excel / spreadsheets</li><li>Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</li><li>Project or task management systems</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or medical operations</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance, or facility operations</li><li>Experience supporting executives or senior leadership</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-company environment</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive pay based on experience, with opportunity for growth into a larger operational leadership role as the organization continues to expand.Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
