Position Overview 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting Assistant to join our property management team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing the bookkeeping aspects of our property portfolio while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process high volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple properties. 
</li>
<li>Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and proper grammar.</li>
<li>Robust organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to transition quickly between tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications &amp; Skills 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years direct responsibility in A/P &amp; A/R.</li>
<li>Prior experience in property management accounting strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) required and AppFolio property management software, desired.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.</li></ul> 
 
Work Environment 
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Full-time, in-office position (no remote work).</li>
<li>Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.</li></ul></div>
