This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth while honing your skills in early childhood education.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Ability to engage our preschool or after school students and facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities.</li><li>Be comfortable supervising groups of children 16 months to 4 years old and/or K-5th graders, and effectively maintain appropriate standards of care.</li><li>Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s emotional well-being through effective behavior management strategies and personalized attention</li><li>Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including toddler care and early intervention techniques</li><li>Maintain classroom organization, manage supplies efficiently, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in preschool or childcare settings is highly preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Classroom experience in daycare or private school environments is advantageous</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude</li><li>Certification or coursework related to early childhood education is a plus</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms young lives!
