We are a busy and well-established plaintiff personal injury litigation firm in Santa Barbara seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our team.This is a long-term, career-oriented role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You will work closely with attorneys, litigation staff, and clients to move cases forward from intake through litigation and resolution.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage a caseload from intake through settlement</li><li>Open and properly set up new client files and ensure all required steps are completed</li><li>Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and clients</li><li>Coordinate and track medical treatment, records, and billing</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including medical summaries and documentation</li><li>Track and follow up on liens (Medicare, Medi-Cal, etc.)</li><li>Manage and organize subpoenaed records</li><li>Draft demand packages and assemble supporting documentation</li><li>Assist with discovery responses and client preparation</li><li>Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, and other key litigation events</li><li>Monitor deadlines and proactively move cases forward without prompting</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior experience in a professional office environment (legal or medical preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Strong communication skills and follow-through</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accountability</li><li>Someone looking for a long-term position and career growth</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred</li></ul>Work EnvironmentWe are a collaborative and supportive team, but we are also a litigation firm.
