This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly with a friendly attitude</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Heartland.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during food handling, serving, and cash handling procedures</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organization</li><li>Assist in catering events or banquet settings by serving food and beverages seamlessly to large groups</li><li>Engage with customers to promote sales of menu items while providing exceptional hospitality experience</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service roles such as waitstaff or bartender.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transactions</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally</li><li>Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods using retail math and hospitality techniques</li><li>Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations .</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations</li></ul>Join us to elevate the guest experience through energetic service, expert beverage crafting, and a passion for hospitality.
