Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly with a friendly attitude
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Heartland.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during food handling, serving, and cash handling procedures
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organization
• Assist in catering events or banquet settings by serving food and beverages seamlessly to large groups
• Engage with customers to promote sales of menu items while providing exceptional hospitality experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service roles such as waitstaff or bartender.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods using retail math and hospitality techniques
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations .
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations
