The High School Science Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic lessons in subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, and earth science.Curriculum &amp; Feedback <ul><li>Inclusion of various types of assessments to test students&rsquo; abilities beyond memorization of subject content.</li><li>Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling academically.</li><li>Drawing up helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers for improving the pupils&rsquo; learning abilities and skill development</li></ul>Staff and Parents&rsquo; involvement <ul><li>Meeting with other teaching staff to discuss students&rsquo; progress or any concerns in academics and behavior.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students' progress, projects, and classroom activities.</li></ul>BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT <ul><li>Fair knowledge on children socio-emotional theories and age related behavioral aspects and challenges.</li><li>Ability to address children disruptive behaviors and challenging situations.</li><li>Ability to counsel children through socio-emotional and behavioral challenges.</li><li>Ability to guide parents/care givers with appropriate resources and strategies to attend the children needs.</li><li>To enable children to understand self and develop a healthy self-image.</li><li>To enable children to make healthy relationships at school and build respect, integrity and care for each other.</li><li>Ability to handle pupils&rsquo; medical needs and health conditions and maintain proper communication channel with school management and parents. .</li><li>Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.</li></ul>SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION <ul><li>Maintenance of student academic records, and handling related administrative tasks.</li><li>Assisting with the admission test papers preparation &amp;
