Business Development Executive (Apollo.io)Location: Johar Town L Block Phase 2 Job Type: Full time On-Site Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AMAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven expertise in Apollo.io for B2B lead generation and outreach.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into qualified business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and personalized outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Utilize Apollo.io to identify, extract, and qualify high-quality B2B leads</li><li>Build, segment, and maintain prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)</li><li>Conduct market and account research to identify decision-makers and opportunities</li></ul>Outreach &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling)</li><li>Craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages</li><li>Follow up strategically to nurture leads and improve response rates</li></ul>Sales Coordination<ul><li>Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales/management team</li><li>Ensure smooth handover of leads with proper context and requirements</li><li>Support the sales team in pipeline development</li></ul>CRM &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems</li><li>Track KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions</li><li>Continuously optimize outreach campaigns based on performance data</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with marketing to refine targeting and messaging</li><li>Share insights to improve lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Apollo.io</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnels</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with outreach and automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io)</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting</li><li>Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)</li><li>Basic understanding of SaaS or digital marketing services sales</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>A hunter mindset with a passion for sales and growth</li><li>Data-driven and continuously experimenting with outreach strategies</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics</li></ul>Bonus (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience working in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company</li><li>Knowledge of email deliverability and cold outreach best practices</li><li>Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Apollo.io</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, performance-driven environment</li><li>In House meal</li><li>Clear growth path in sales and business development</li><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li></ul>Apply Now Whatsapp your resume at 0314 4122219Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
