Job DescriptionTidy Troopers Commercial Cleaning LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain the exterior grounds of two commercial properties located in Downers Grove and Oak Brook, IL. The properties are located about 5 minutes apart off Butterfield Road.This is a part-time morning position, working Mondays and Thursdays, for approximately 5&ndash;6 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, works independently, and takes pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained.Job DutiesResponsibilities include general exterior litter removal and trash corral area maintenance.Duties include removing visible litter and debris from:<ul><li>Parking lots, including drive aisles and parking stalls</li><li>Sidewalks and pedestrian walkways</li><li>Building perimeters within approximately 10&ndash;15 feet of structures</li><li>Landscape beds, curbs, and parking lot islands</li></ul>Litter and debris may include:<ul><li>Paper, plastic, bottles, and cans</li><li>Cigarette butts</li><li>Food waste</li><li>Miscellaneous loose debris</li></ul>Trash corral area maintenance includes:<ul><li>Picking up loose trash and debris within and immediately surrounding trash corral areas</li><li>Consolidating displaced bags or loose items back into dumpsters</li><li>Excluding oversized items or items weighing more than 10 lbs</li></ul>Waste hauling is handled by a separate vendor.Requirements<ul><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Must be able to travel between the Downers Grove and Oak Brook locations</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Able to walk, bend, and pick up litter throughout the shift</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday mornings</li><li>Thursday mornings</li><li>Approximately 5&ndash;6 hours per week</li></ul>Pay$16.50 per hourHow to ApplyPlease apply by email with your contact information and a brief summary of your work experience.
